$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Salary: $90,000-100,000) LHH - Hybrid in Frisco, TX LHH is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst for a client in the financial services industry located in Frisco, TX. This role involves the preparation, analysis, and review of regulatory reports submitted to bank regulatory agencies, including key filings such as the quarterly Call and FR Y reports, capital disclosures, and other periodic reports. In addition to holding a degree in Accounting or Finance, the ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in financial reporting or regulatory reporting, ideally within the financial services sector. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with regulatory guidelines and enhanced prudential standards are highly valued. Review and prepare bank regulatory reports including FR Y reports, Call reports, FR 2900, FR 2644, FFIEC 009, and other required filings. Assist with evaluating and improving regulatory reporting processes and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Conduct detailed reviews of reports compiled by other financial reporting analysts, providing feedback and guidance where needed. Support implementation of new regulatory reporting standards, systems, and processes. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze regulatory updates and apply them accurately across reporting processes. Provide consultation on regulatory reporting issues and support internal and external audits with relevant documentation. Respond to ad-hoc data requests and regulatory variance explanations. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required. A minimum of four years of experience in accounting, finance, or regulatory reporting; experience in financial services is required. Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements and regulatory agency expectations. Demonstrated ability to research complex issues and apply findings to reporting tasks.
