$16.00/hr - $16.00/hr What Youll Do Handle various leasing activities, including contacting prospective residents, scheduling and conducting property tours, and leasing available apartments. Ensure model units and available apartments are clean, well-presented, and ready for tours. Maintain a clean, organized office and assist with curb appeal efforts. Understand and explain lease terms, property policies, and qualification criteria to prospective residents. Use sales strategies to convert prospects into residents over the phone and in person. Screen applications and follow leasing processes according to company policy. Engage with current residents and assist in the lease renewal process.
What Youll Bring
1+ years of experience in multifamily property management. Experience with tax-credit (affordable housing) properties is required. Working knowledge of RealPage/Onesite software is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Valid drivers license and proof of liability insurance.
