Loss Claims Specialists/ Project Manager

This is a profit sharing position set up for a salary draw of $50k/yr. We will provide a laptop and the necessary software subscriptions. You will need a phone and reliable transportation. You will be responsible for executing mitigation services such as water, mold, biohazard, contents, and reconstruction from start to finish. This includes understanding the technical aspects, estimating, and invoicing.
You will need to learn and follow our SOPs and become proficient in estimating software such as Xactimate, Estimate, and Time and Materials. The position requires meeting quarterly performance targets. Construction experience is welcomed but not necessary. "We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COO
