Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a sophisticated legal environment that offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work.The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in all aspects of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. The firm values excellence, integrity, and a commitment to high-quality client service.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.Conduct thorough reviews of title commitments, exception documents, and surveys, identifying and resolving potential issues.Prepare and organize closing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Manage due diligence processes, including the review and organization of relevant documents.Assist with the preparation and filing of various legal documents.Maintain and organize transaction files and databases.Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in transactions.Prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines in a timely manner.Collaborate effectively with attorneys and other team members.Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to prepare and manage documents and data.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.Minimum of 5+ years of solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate.Proven expertise in reviewing title commitments, exception documents, and surveys.Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, financings, and leasing.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $76,500.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
