Job Summary: Responsible for administrative and departmental support for 4 department chairs, coordinates scheduling for all academic courses, supports with data gathering, and supervises an Administrative Support Associate. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Concur, PRD, Astra, ZevPlan, EMS, and similar systems.
