Legal/ Litigation/ Executive Assistant, Nationwide Law Firm, Boston/ Hybrid (3 days in office)

Youll support as both an executive assistant and as a legal assistant to a Managing Partner who has oversight of the Boston office, is highly engaged with the firms Board of Directors and firm senior leadership, and all of the management responsibilities and client engagement that goes along with that in addition to carrying some litigation cases directly. Your daily responsibilities will involve supporting additional attorneys as needed and becoming proficient in their various practice areas. Youll prepare and manage confidential legal documents, correspondence, and filings. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and advisors, handling communication with professionalism and discretion and working with minimal supervision. Youll manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and time & client billing. Additionally, you will be responsible for meticulously proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards. This is a hands-on position that requires proactive problem-solving and a strong commitment to supporting a fast-paced legal team. About you
You have 3+ (5+ ideal) years of Legal Assistant experience, ideally some of that being in litigation. Youre a detail-oriented and resourceful professional with a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures and a proven ability to work independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for effective collaboration with attorneys and clients. You are highly organized, flexible, and possess a strong sense of initiative. Experience with electronic court filing (ECF) procedures is essential, as is strong knowledge of iManage (electronic document storage) and ensuring all client materials are filed as required.
