REV Federal Credit Union . Responsibilities include: Providing service to applicants and prospective customers seeking a home loan, including interviewing, pre-qualification, and pre-approval. Completing applications and gathering supporting documentation. Reviewing and completing regulatory disclosures with borrowers. Maintaining existing and generating new sources of referral business. Maintaining a presence in REV FCU branches and educating staff regarding Real Estate Lending. Quoting interest rates and securing pricing through the Secondary Marketing Department. Inputting application data into Loan Origination Software (LOS). Utilizing automated underwriting systems (AUS) to obtain credit recommendations. Communicating with all parties regarding the status of the loan. Managing pipeline of loans to verify current loan status. Adhering to REV Policies and Procedures. Participating in REV sponsored and community outreach events. Engaging actively in Real Estate Office sales meetings. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ experience originating Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo loans. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of real estate lending criteria, compliance, and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency with loan originator systems, preferably Encompass, and AUS (LP, DU, GUS). Prior builder experience and realtor relationships preferred. First-time home-buyer experience is a plus. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Satisfactory credit record, bondable.
