ASAP Job Responsibilities: Supports administrative operations of the Assistant Principal's office Coordinates student registration Prepares documents, reports, and correspondence as necessary Interacts and effectively communicates with students, staff, parents, and other community members contacting the Assistant Principal's Office Ensures resolution or proper referral of confidential and non-confidential matters regarding students, staff, and parents Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge of MiStar, Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Access, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and US Postal Procedures/Mailing Techniques Ability to work confidentially, professionally, and effectively with staff, students, and the public Excellent composition, spelling, computation, organizational, and time-management skills Ability to complete multiple tasks accurately despite frequent interruptions
Working Conditions:
Compensation: $17.53/hr / Starting Date: ASAP Application Procedure:
