As a Systems and Vendor Solutions Trainer, you will conduct site visits and remote meetings to train agency staff on service processes, workflows, and the operation of our software solutions including Applied Epic, BPOs, CSR24, and others. Your role involves maintaining workflows, creating job aids, promoting best practices, and delivering onsite and remote training at introductory and intermediate levels. Providing timely support to agency partners and assisting in data clean-up are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Train agency staff on service processes, workflows, and software solutions such as Applied Epic, BPOs, CSR24. Maintain workflows, create job aids, and promote best practices. Deliver onsite and remote training courses for various skill levels. Respond promptly and thoroughly to support requests from agency partners. Assist with data clean-up activities related to conversions. Manage multiple projects with clear plans and deadlines. Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements to meet organizational goals. Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Applied Epic and CSR24 software. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate solutions. Experience in insurance policy lifecycle management, preferably as an Account Manager or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent prioritization and deadline management skills. Professional and organized with effective communication skills. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams. Additional Details
