Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is hiring at Oak View Elementary School. This role involves assisting the Site Leader with managing the before and after school program for elementary students, and stepping in to run the program in the leader's absence. Details
Hours: 6:15-9:00 am on school days; additional hours available during breaks, summer, or full days of care. Pay: $18.52-$23.90/hr based on experience, including a morning incentive. This is a 12-month position, including school breaks and summers. Responsibilities
Manage before and after school programs for grades K-5. Supervise staff and children. Communicate with parents. Maintain DOE compliance. Build relationships with school staff. Lead children in activities. Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Background check clearance. Must be 18+ years old. First Aid/CPR certification. Child-loving and leadership experience. Desired Skills
Leadership and communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow. Basic computer skills. Benefits
