Responsibilities Deliver 1-on-1 online Salesforce Admin tutoring sessions using the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform. Match sessions to student needs, personalize lessons, and adapt to different learning styles. Leverage available tools (e.g., Tutor Copilot) to prepare and deliver effective instruction. Invoice for sessions as appropriate and rely on Varsity Tutors to manage payments.
Qualifications
Expertise in Salesforce Admin and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and can increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour with the same student over time. Get paid up to twice per week. Set your own hours and tutor as much as youd like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platformno commuting required. AI-powered Tutor Copilot enhances sessions with real-time support and engagement features. We handle the logisticsyou just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.
