The Sales & Events Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales & Events team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating meeting room reservations for internal and external clients, and assisting with the execution of memorable events. This role ensures smooth communication between departments, accurate lead assignment, and timely follow-up with clients, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities: •Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events team, including Word processing, presentation preparation, and account management. •Assign incoming sales leads to the appropriate team member and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. •Coordinate meeting room reservations for internal meetings, external client events, and site inspections. •Assist with the planning and coordination of client events, ensuring seamless communication with operational departments. •Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders as needed. •Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for client accounts and event documentation. •Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively. •Support Sales Managers in follow-up communications, database management, and tracking of sales activities. •Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction. •Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Sales & Events department.
