Senior Security Engineer specializing in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) . At UKG, a leading provider of HR technology, we prioritize security and are seeking an expert to design and implement enterprise-wide data protection strategies. Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain security solutions related to Data Loss Prevention, including Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Conditional Access, and incident response. Define and enforce data classification and labeling standards, leveraging AI/ML solutions for automatic classification. Manage CASB solutions (inline and out-of-band) for SaaS application control. Operate Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions and integrate them with DLP controls. Ensure email security policies align with DLP standards. Apply DLP and CASB controls across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Monitor and investigate DLP system violations and anomalies, and recommend improvements. Maintain documentation and automate security tasks where possible. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in Security Engineering, with 3+ years focused on DLP and data security technologies. Experience with enterprise DLP platforms, preferably Microsoft Purview. Knowledge of AI/ML-driven data classification and cloud security controls. Understanding of Zero Trust frameworks and network protocols. Proficiency with automation tools (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible). Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, Security+). Benefits & Culture
