As a Patient Care Technician in the Postpartum Unit you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering hands-on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for postpartum patients. Your support brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day. Hours are Friday-Sunday 7 AM- 3 PM. Your responsibilities will include: assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery, providing non-medicated care, keeping patient areas clean, managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs, and communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team. What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date and previous PCT experience is preferred.
