Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Pantry Cook who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do The Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing and plating cold and hot station items in accordance with Four Seasons standards. This role focuses on mastering the pantry station, developing a deep understanding of ingredients, and ensuring consistent preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Prepare cold station items, including dressings, salads, amenities, and appetizers in addition to some hot items such as cooking toasts and heating breakfast pastries. Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and standards. Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support overall kitchen operations and contribute to team success. Communicate effectively with senior cooks and kitchen leadership. Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. Culinary knowledge is required for this position. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Weekend and holiday availability required.
