Harvester Christian Church is looking for a passionate and relational Preschool Director to join our St. Charles Campus. The Preschool Director works on the kids ministry team and will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Early Childhood Ministry (Birth-Kindergarten), including Sunday programming, volunteer recruitment, development & appreciation, parent engagement, and events. This role requires a heart for discipling kids, strong leadership and communication skills and, most importantly, the ability to build and empower teams of volunteers that help kids know the love of Jesus. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate: A love for Jesus, Harvester, and Harvesters families Experience leading or serving in childrens ministry Demonstrated skill in leading, developing, and appreciating volunteers Strong organizational and communication skills (able to talk in front of large groups of people) A passion for partnering with parents as the primary disciples of their children Creativity in designing engaging, age-appropriate environments Creativity and organization in editing and implementing curriculum Desires to work in a collaborative team environment Implementing of yearly milestone events The ability to align kids ministry with the overall mission and strategy of Harvester If this sounds like the role for you, wed love for you to apply at https://harvester.cc/jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
