About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Product Communications to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for health and a commitment to challenging the status quo. This role is pivotal in serving as the senior lead on marquee accounts, overseeing integrated teams, and ensuring the delivery of highly sophisticated and impactful work. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring clients to think bigger, identifying key areas for growth, and bringing the right partners to the table. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the agency's senior leadership team, participating in new business efforts, and demonstrating a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Applicants must have approximately 10+ years of agency or related experience, with a mandatory background in oncology and pharmaceutical product communications, including a deep knowledge of the pharma regulatory landscape. The role requires experience in managing large, integrated pieces of business, a broad spectrum of healthcare communications, and a deep understanding of the integrated communications landscape. The Senior Vice President will be expected to have superb management skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, passionate leadership style.
