USI Insurance Services . **Description and Requirements** Responsibilities Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned high-touch, complex Commercial Lines clients. Provide insurance technical expertise to clients and team members. Manage marketing and placement of client insurance renewals, including preparing applications, analyzing quotes, and making recommendations. Manage client renewal expirations and negotiate with carriers. Process policies, endorsements, and audits. Develop customer accounts and cross-selling initiatives. Represent client interests in internal meetings. Delegate administrative tasks to Account Reps. Respond to underwriters' questions promptly. Maintain accuracy in management systems. Attend face-to-face client meetings and interact with carriers and underwriters regularly. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 10+ years experience in a Commercial Lines agency; college degree preferred. Expertise in Property & Casualty insurance. Property & Casualty license required. Industry designations like ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred. Proficiency with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sagitta / ImageRight is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Why USI?
