Financial Services Salesforce Technical Architect
to join our team and contribute to our thriving Salesforce practice. This role is
based in Irvine, CA , and may require
occasional travel
depending on project needs.
As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on

Job Overview:
The
Financial Services Salesforce Technical Architect
is responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. This role requires hands-on development, integration expertise, and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices. Provide technical leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and solution blueprints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies with external systems and platforms. Guide development teams on coding standards, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Support pre-sales activities including technical assessments, solutioning, and client presentations. Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends. Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance solution design, development efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Qualifications
Minimum
7 years of hands-on experience
with Salesforce development and architecture. Proven experience implementing
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
in complex environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs . Demonstrated ability to
leverage AI tools
to streamline workflows and enhance task execution. Solid understanding of
AI capabilities and limitations , including ethical considerations. Experience with
Salesforce integration patterns and tools
(e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs). Deep knowledge of
financial services processes
such as client onboarding, compliance, and data security. Demonstrated success in
leading technical teams
and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. Experience with
CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
in Salesforce environments. Familiarity with
AI-enhanced platforms
and ability to incorporate AI capabilities into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering , or related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce certifications such as
Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect
are highly preferred. Financial Services Cloud Certification
is a big plus.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any variable compensation.
