Location: Oasis at Oneonta
Are you a result-driven leader with a passion for caring for seniors? Oasis at Oneonta, is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator to oversee and elevate the quality of life, care, compliance, and community experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of the Assisted Living Facility to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Supervise, support, and develop department leaders and front-line staff
Drive occupancy through proactive community outreach, tours, and marketing efforts
Resident assessments and care planning. Clinical coordination & medication oversight
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
Serve as the primary liaison with residents, families, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living, adult care, or similar healthcare administration
Strong background in dementia care and understanding of NYS Adult Care Facility regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Experience with sales/marketing in the senior living industry is a plus
