Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Core Responsibilities:
Operates forklift to safely unload inbound shipments of finished goods Maintains paperwork for all loads Verifies that inbound shipments are damage-free and match packing list exactly Maintains clean and orderly conditions in warehouse and loading areas using workplace organization methods (i.e. 6S) Participates in continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety and equipment handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment Pull all rail kitting components to be shipped to offsite supplier Load trucks for outbound shipments of components Receive and unload the trucks of incoming rail kits from supplier Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of incoming rail kits Performs additional duties/tasks as assigned by supervision/management Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, required A minimum of 5 years of experience operating material handling equipment Forklift Certification – either current or in prior work experience Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally Strong attention to detail, reading, comprehension and good communication skills Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment Computer skills preferred, to include; basic input of information into ERP system on receiving and shipping process Work schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business
Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Available Shift:
•Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
