: 6/2/2025 Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience, ensuring accurate product representation, and supporting promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Merchandising Manager will work closely with buyers, merchants, and vendors to gather and prepare product information for presentation in our web store. Additionally, this role would involve driving product enhancements for top performing products, such as editing images for galleries and enhancing product description copy, as well as managing product lists, site search settings, and sort order strategies. This role would also support regular category-level product performance reporting and insights for optimization. The role reports to the VP E-Commerce. Duties and Responsibilities: Own and evolve the process for managing the daily execution of merchandising strategies, including product setup, navigation, onsite search, PLP (Product Listing Page), and PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization, ensuring accurate naming conventions, categorization, attributes, and SEO optimization across digital platforms. Ensure that product assortments are accurately represented and visually appealing to drive conversion. Curate, organize, create and update product galleries across the website, ensuring a visually appealing and consistent presentation. Ensure product availability and visibility is accurate and up to date. Manage and update category pages, navigation, and on-site search functionalities to enhance user experience and product discoverability. Promotional Merchandising Support: work with marketing, merchandising, and vendors to manage lineups for special campaigns; including creating candidate SKU lists and supporting promotional experiences. Trend Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform merchandising strategies. Stay informed on trends and industry best practices and competitive landscape to drive recommendations to improve merchandising strategy. Project Management: Support continuous improvement initiatives in product information management, product onboarding workflows, product data architecture, and similar evolving company needs. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or comparable experience. 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce operations, or a related role. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (salesforce commerce cloud a plus). Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Team orientation Preferred Qualifications: Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with SEO best practices, and/or experience with GA experience/certification. Basic HTML knowledge. A strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital merchandising best practices. Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools, including photoshop, illustrator, or similar software. Understanding of the retail and/ or flexible consumer purchase industries and current market trends.
