The Administrative Analyst assists with general office duties of the NWACC Office of Advancement and the NWACC Foundation, including clerical support through general correspondence, donor database entry and reporting, maintaining receipting and records of financial transactions, serving as the primary front office contact, and other essential tasks as required. Works closely with the NWACC Foundation's Executive Director, Director of Finance & Operations, the Director of Development, and the Office of the NWACC President.

Essential Duties:

Serves as the first point of contact for the Office of Advancement and the NWACC Foundation, greeting visitors, managing donor inquiries, and handling communications with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion. Oversees general office operations by maintaining supplies, files, calendars, correspondence, donor mailings, and coordinating technology or maintenance needs. Coordinates logistics for meetings and special events, including room reservations, catering, audiovisual needs, and provides support during occasional evening and weekend activities. Prepares and distributes materials for Foundation Board of Directors meetings, maintains official records, and ensures accurate, high-quality minutes are produced for Board and committee meetings. Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Board by compiling data for decision-making and serving as liaison for RSVPs and information sharing. Supports financial operations by processing gifts, payments, receipts, and expense reports, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all transactions. Manages donor gift processing by generating acknowledgments, pledge reminders, and communications, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Raiser's Edge database. Develops and analyzes donor and campaign reports, including trend reports and performance data, to support the Advancement leadership team and the President. Implements donor stewardship initiatives by coordinating recognition efforts such as birthday, anniversary, retirement, and holiday communications. Provides comprehensive administrative and project support across Advancement staff to manage multiple priorities and enhance donor engagement and organizational effectiveness. Rate of pay: $17.34 per hour *Higher compensation may be considered based on qualifications directly related to position.

Minimum Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree in public administration, general business, or a related field Knowledge Skill and Abilities:

Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic and social programs. Knowledge of campus and community resources. Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to campus academic and social programs. Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs. Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations. Ability to compile information into report form.
