Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness Review and input loan data into operational systems accurately Order supplementary vendor products, such as title reports and property appraisals Obtain underwriting conditions from loan officers and/or applicants Update loan data using FHA Connection as needed Communicate pipeline and file status to sales channels and management Collaborate with operational departments to establish efficient workflows Complete checklists and worksheets as required Experience and Education: Minimum 2 years of reverse mortgage loan processing experience required Bachelors degree preferred but not required Proficient in computer skills and learning new systems Knowledge of MS Office products Strong customer service and time management skills Motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry Seniority level
