Job Description QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager Location:

Central London Salary:

Up to 60,000 Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive QHSE & Statutory Compliance Manager to join our team in London. This is a crucial role where you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) compliance across a complex portfolio of sites. You will be the technical lead for all statutory compliance matters, ensuring that our operations are not only safe but also fully aligned with industry best practices. Responsibilities

Compliance & Quality:

Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 and monitor all installation and commissioning processes to ensure compliance with design specifications. Use our CAFM and Compliance tracker to assist the operations team in maintaining statutory compliance across all areas. Health & Safety:

Implement and enforce robust safety procedures for high-risk activities, such as working with high voltage, in confined spaces, and hot works. Lead safety briefings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations, ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations and other HSE legislation. Auditing & Reporting:

Conduct regular inspections and audits on M&E systems and subcontractors. Maintain all QHSE documentation, including risk assessments, RAMS, and audit reports. Report on QHSE performance metrics. Sustainability:

Collaborate with the client's sustainability team to assess environmental impact, ensure ISO 14001 compliance, and promote sustainable practices. Leadership:

Foster a proactive safety culture among engineers, technicians, and subcontractors through tailored training and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For

Experience & Qualifications:

Degree or proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field), with a strong background in QHSE roles within the M&E sector. Technical Expertise:

Full understanding of Statutory Compliance within Facilities Management, and knowledge of technical drawings, specifications, and M&E systems. Certification:

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate required. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Note:
