We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Data Management and Quantitative Analysis to join our Corporate Trust Analytics department. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) located out of our Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Streamlines Compliance and Waterfall modeling and QC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors.
Ensures the team remains agile and responsive to evolving directives, while upholding high standards, ensuring compliance, and minimizing disruptions.
Leads initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals, thereby contributing to overall success.
Oversees the management of maintenance queues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Reviews legal documents, providing comments, recommendations, and final approval for inclusion in the modeling pipeline.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of financial models and reports.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry
1+ year of management experience
Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures
Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels
Coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python
Build Investor Report that include distributions to the holders and high-level asset level information
