Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Memphis, TN, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Admissions Director to join our leadership team. This role is essential to managing the admissions process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for new residents and their families.
This is a full time position working day hours.
Job Requirements:
Experience in healthcare admissions or marketing preferred Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes a plus Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent service Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process Serve as the primary contact for referral sources, prospective residents, and families Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information about services and care Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate and timely admissions Monitor census and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals Maintain accurate admission records and reports Why Choose Highlands Health and Rehab?
