The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is a critical component of Citi's First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. It partners with businesses Citi-wide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. ICM also plays an important role in Citi's Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, ICM continues to further embed consistency and best practices across Citi, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals. Our goal is to transform the end-to-end wholesale lending process and establish a consistent operating model with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology to achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise. The System Implementation and Operational Readiness Lead will drive the delivery of the new wholesale credit risk technology platform to Global Credit Risk Management Services (CRMS) within the ICM organization. This position supports the strategic agenda and requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product development, technology and other business stakeholders. Strong understanding of credit products and business process across the end-to-end wholesale credit lifecycle is required. Additionally, advanced communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide and influence stakeholders that include colleagues across other areas of the organization. Key Responsibilities

Drive successful onboarding of Global CRMS team onto the strategic credit platform capability through managing iterative change cycles. Direct technology design to deliver control automation, reducing reliance on manual solutions and mitigating overall risk. Consolidate and deliver business requirements using process simplification, enhanced controls and business agnostic principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of transformation design to assess and communicate operating model impact. Lead user acceptance testing and plan operational readiness activities including communications and operating procedures. Monitor post-implementation activity through active engagement and support. Lead migration of legacy systems to new enterprise platforms. Manage legacy system enhancements to prepare for strategic placement. Qualifications

10+ years of experience within financial services in a large, matrixed, multinational organization; proven record in supporting change within a large global bank is preferred. Experience in process design, root cause analysis, process re-engineering and process improvement is a must. Strong wholesale credit product and banking operations knowledge. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise and engaging messages for a diverse audience. Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams end-to-end, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to influence and engage in a consultative mode with various senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to define the strategic scope. Extremely organized, motivated and analytical. Willingness to challenge the process and seek out answers. Competency Requirements
