With sophisticated content creation, cutting-edge technology, and industry-leading data capabilities, we make media and products that move people across all platforms.We are a global media company that publishes nearly 260 magazine editions and 200 websites around the world and, together, we are reinventing publishing for the 21st century.Your ImpactCampaign Managers work closely and in partnership with our Account Managers to ensure all campaigns are launched successfully and optimized to exceed client goals. The job requires daily use of Google Ads Manager, uploading client 3rd Party tags and creative, testing and QA of custom rich media units, pulling and analyzing reporting and campaign optimization.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoResponsible for implementation and optimization of all digital media campaigns and work closely with Program Management to executeManage Ad operations functions (collect campaign assets, traffic and thoroughly QA third party tags, and align with reporting and performance expectations)Campaign Optimization (monitor campaign pacing to meet client KPIs, provide optimization recommendations and work with AM & PM to implement, and proactively flag issues with trafficking or reporting to ensure full delivery of campaigns)Own reporting (provide internal and external reporting and work with AMs & PMs on comprehensive wrap reports highlighting top performing elements, insights and recommendations for future campaigns)Work with Finance on accurate billing and 3rd Party reporting if necessary Support the Account Management Team in investigating and resolving billing disputes Communicate daily with sales and sales support teams, acting as their ad-ops and optimization expertMaintain up-to-date understanding of industry standards in ad technology, including ad verification, viewability, and programmatic ad servingEnsure that any internal systems are properly mapped to clients 3P systems and that those mappings are correctly and consistently maintainedQualificationsWho You Are1-2 years of experience in all aspects of end-to-end campaign management specifically:Ad OperationsCampaign Management & OptimizationReportingProficiency in Google Ads Manager (DFP) a plusDemonstrated analytical skillset with strong Microsoft Excel skillsQuick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical knowledgePrior DMP experience is helpful, but not requiredExperience with third party ad servers (DFP, DSM, CheckM8, VAST video) a plusKnowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS preferred; experience in any other scripting or development language a plus (e.g., SQL) a plusFlexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all levels of personnelAttention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsA bachelor's degreeThe base salary for this role is between $58,000-$70,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
