Examples of Duties Check-in/Telephones/Scheduling 95%1. Checks in patients as they present to the clinic2. Enters patient and billing information in the practice management system3. Collects payments at the time of service4. Print patient medication list5. Prints provider schedules6. Answers multi-line phones, making patient appointments, aiding in answeringquestions, and transferring messages to appropriate person/s according toPCMH guidelines. Takes messages for physicians and enters messages intoelectronic medical records.7. Enter patient history forms into our Electronic Health Record8. Schedules same-day, follow-up, and acute appointments9. Take messages for nurses and physicians as appropriate10. Other duties as assignedService 5%1. Handles patient complaints according to established policies.2. Provide backup to other clinic office functions.
