Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the companys document control system, including creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards. Manage document workflows to ensure timely review, approval, release, and traceability per quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Safeguard sensitive and ITAR-controlled documents in compliance with regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation. Provide guidance to team members on document control procedures and best practices. Education & Experience

Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required. Minimum 2 years of document control experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing sectors. Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ITAR compliance standards. Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, PLM). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of revision control, configuration management, and regulatory documentation standards. Effective communicator and collaborative team player. Equal Opportunity Employer
