Stock Plan Services Squad Leader
As a Stock Plan Services (SPS) Squad Leader, you will blend Stock Plan expertise with a passion for delivering results and driving scale and efficiency across the Client Servicing organization. In an agile format and structure, you will partner with other leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions and roadmaps, set the mission, and bring the squad together to execute on specific results. Ensuring respective products or services are available, stable, performant, and supported when required and related cost and maintenance is managed. You will ensure alignment on the "what" and "when" of the work performed by the squad through ongoing planning and prioritization, to enable the squad to work iteratively, innovate when appropriate, celebrate successes, and learn from failures. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role. You will work in partnership with the Product Area Leader, other agile squads, Chapter leaders, and your key stakeholders to define the highest priority work. While promoting agile and demonstrating the Fidelity leadership principles, you will promote and sustain an innovative agile culture. Defining, refining, and communicating the team's mission to squad members and business partners to empower and rally support
Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as the voice of the clients and guide execution of the squad
Measuring performance through established critical metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments for your squad
Defining, presenting, and evaluating results against agreed acceptance criteria
Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines
The Expertise and Skills You Bring 8-10 years of related product management experience, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management
Bachelor's degree preferred
Financial services experience preferred
Agile experience preferred
Strong understanding of workflow and operations service models
You take a data-driven approach to understanding client needs, you translate strategic goals into action, and prioritize to maximize value delivered
You have a continuous improvement approach
You are energized by working collaboratively to deliver agreed business outcomes, drawing on the expertise of colleagues to inform the approach and remove impediments to making progress

The Team Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciate and performance plans. SPS Product Development supports the business and technology work streams that deliver against approved initiatives including new products for emerging markets and improvements to existing products. Category: Product Management Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
