Our turnkey approach blends creativity, precision, and community focus, making us a trusted partner for high-impact live experiences.We are seeking creative trailblazers who are tech-forward, culture-minded, and ready to make a tangible impact on Orange County communities through unforgettable experiences.Position SummaryPSQ Productions is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, sponsorships, influencer programming, live event activations, and related operations. This role requires local travel and flexibility for evenings and weekends.The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Sr. Director of Marketing & Sales in driving audience engagement, strengthening brand partnerships, and ensuring smooth execution of live events.Essential FunctionsEvent Marketing & PromotionsAssist in planning and executing pop-ups, festivals, concerts, and live events.Provide onsite support and coordinate day-of-show activities, including sponsor activations.Recruit, coordinate, and lead Street Teams, interns, and brand ambassadors.Media, PR & Influencer ProgramAssist with media placements, ad buys, and digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email).Develop and implement an influencer and brand ambassador program (recruitment, onboarding, campaigns, tracking).Maintain strong relationships with influencers, artists, and partners.Serve as liaison with publicists and media outlets.Community & Partner EngagementConduct outreach to online event listings, community platforms, colleges, and local organizations.Support artist promotions, meet & greets, and sponsor activations.Sponsorship & Sales SupportTrack and organize the sponsorship pipeline.Maintain sponsor contact lists, proposals, and deliverables.Support creation of sponsorship recaps, decks, and reports.Marketing Operations & ReportingCoordinate marketing assets and deliverables.Track budgets and financial reporting.Analyze audience data to refine targeting and marketing strategies.Perform general administrative duties as needed to support marketing and event operations.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesPassion for arts, community, and live events.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Experience in developing influencer or ambassador programs is a plus.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Mailchimp, Hive, or similar).Knowledge of event planning, PR, and community engagement.Proficiency in budget tracking and reporting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Flexibility to travel locally and work evenings/weekends.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, event coordination, or related live events/concert industry; experience managing influencer/ambassador programs is a bonus.Technical: Familiarity with CRM or sponsorship tracking tools; proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel preferred.Compensation & ScheduleHourly Rate: $23 - $28/hour (DOE)Schedule: Part-Time, non-exempt; some evenings/weekends required. Potential to quickly transition to full-time.Location: Irvine, CA; local travel and onsite event work required.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Must be available to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules and operational needs.This role is primarily based at the PSQ office in Irvine (Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), depending on the event schedule with frequent travel to event sites required.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods and navigate large event sites, including uneven terrain or temporary structures.Regular exposure to outdoor conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and loud noise during events.Occasionally required to lift or move items up to 25 pounds and may need to climb stairs depending on the event site.Must be able to maintain composure, problem-solve effectively, and lead others in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
