Orangebox Regional Sales Manager, Midwest

Orangebox is hiring a Regional Sales Account Manager as a high-performance front-line sales position focused on leading the pursuit, capture, and growth of new strategic client relationships. In this role, you will lead Orangebox sales efforts in the Midwest. What you will be doing: Design, develop and implement sales strategies for individual regions within your geographical territory, optimized to meet your overall sales target. Monitor and analyze performance and provide periodic reports on performance to Sales Director and regional sales leadership. Assist with the training and promotion of Orangebox within all applicable sales channels. Keep up to date with developments in the marketplace, including accruing knowledge of new products and competitors. Establish meaningful performance indicators for your area of responsibility, monitor performance, and communicate findings as necessary. Foster a culture of affinity and loyalty for Orangebox within the broader influencer groups. Represent and educate on the Orangebox brand, attitude, and culture. Partner with design and marketing on the creation and execution of campaigns with Orangebox, Steelcase, and Dealers. Minimum requirements: Reside in Midwest Ability and passion to travel for business up to 60% throughout territory Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-driven mindset.
