The Role
We are looking for a
driven, results-focused High-Ticket Sales Closer
to convert pre-qualified leads into high-value clients. You will work directly with warm leads from our CRM and marketing campaigns, engage in deep discovery to understand each client's needs, and present tailored solutions that inspire action.
This is not a cold-calling grind - it's a
relationship-based closing role
for a proven sales professional who thrives on high stakes, big commissions, and meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities Engage with
warm, pre-qualified leads
generated through our marketing and referral channels. Conduct in-depth needs analysis calls and in-person/virtual consultations. Present tailored solutions with clarity, urgency, and confidence. Overcome objections with empathy and authority. Manage all communications and follow-ups within our CRM. Maintain a
70%+ closing rate
on fully qualified leads. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth hand off after the sale. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Requirements
Proven track record
of success in closing high-ticket B2C or B2B sales ($20k-$100k+ deals). 3+ years of experience in consultative sales (luxury products, real estate, medical devices, financial services, etc.). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Comfortable discussing large financial commitments with confidence. Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.) to track and manage pipeline. Highly self-motivated with a competitive, hunter mindset. Professional, polished presence - both in person and on video calls.
