Property Administrator

As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to tenants and vendors. This job is within the Property Management job function. The role is onsite in midtown Manhattan, New York, NY, USA. Responsibilities include: Assisting management with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, communicating with tenants, preparing expense reports, scheduling meetings, filing, and copying. Maintaining files, including insurance certificates and leases, verifying all are up to date and in compliance with company policies. Working with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items, opening, coordinating, and monitoring the status of work assigned to vendors. Reviewing internal lease administration documents as directed, overseeing lease administration activities including lease setup, lease changes, reporting, etc. Preparing tenant bills and submitting upon approval. Helping with preparations of monthly and quarterly management reports. Submitting invoices for payment and purchase orders by inputting them into the accounting system. Forwarding original invoices to accounting for payment. Recognizing and solving typical and atypical problems that can occur in the work area. Evaluating and choosing solutions from established options. Impacting the team through the quality of the services or information provided. Following standardized procedures and practices and receiving regular but moderate supervision and guidance. To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience. A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function. Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. Equal Pay Disclaimer: For New York State residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Administrator is $55,000/year ($26.45/hour) and the maximum salary is $65,000/year ($31.25/hour). The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
