Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Desktop Technician to deliver on-site technical support. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users in Windows and macOS environments. Your role includes managing user accounts and maintaining peripheral devices, providing prompt, customer-focused solutions to ensure business continuity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support (hardware/software) for desktop and laptop systems, addressing both local and remote end-user needs. Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot issues involving client systems, peripherals, operating systems, and basic network connectivity. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot PCs, Macs, servers, and peripheral hardware, also handling network and voice cabling when required. Support servers, including email, print, and backup, managing associated software and operating systems. Create and manage user system accounts, passwords, groups, email aliases, and relevant system files. Support and troubleshoot WAN and VPN connectivity issues. Research and propose ways to enhance user productivity through software and systems. Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware/software concerns or improve existing solutions. Establish and enforce incident response SLAs, respond to trends, analyze resolutions, and identify improvements in incident management. Maintain and leverage knowledge resources such as updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQs to solve problems efficiently in Confluence. Collect and analyze incident data, and prepare statistical reports to guide support improvements Recommend system reconfigurations when needed. Provide on-call support during business hours. Strong multitasking, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent English communication (both written and verbal) Minimum Qualifications

Technical or Associate's degree 2+ years in a technical-support role (help desk, desktop support, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint), Atlassian- Confluence and JIRA. Experience supporting remote offices and repairing computer hardware (PC/Mac) Familiarity with audio/video meeting systems setup Warehouse tech exposure (nice to have) Other Requirement:
