As our Director, Inside Sales youll own and lead the entire direct-to-consumer sales function. Youll build and scale a high-performing inside sales team, define the strategy, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decision-making, world-class leadership, and a deep understanding of customer needs in the EdTech and cybersecurity space.
This is a strategic and tactical roleyoull be setting direction and getting into the weeds, with a direct impact on company growth.

Responsibilities
Execute the overall DTC sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
Hire, develop, and lead a growing sales team
Own forecasting, sales performance metrics, team quotas, and CRM hygiene.
Partner closely with Marketing to align on lead generation, funnel optimization, and lifecycle conversion strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in the sales process, including playbooks, scripts, training materials, and conversion tactics.
Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine messaging and product-market fit for the DTC audience.
Implement scalable systems and processes to support a growing team and pipeline.
Report on sales KPIs and insights to the executive team regularly.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on coaching, accountability, and mission-driven selling.
Experience/ Skills Required
5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, including managing DTC or inside sales teams.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-velocity sales environment.
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or direct-to-consumer sales (cybersecurity or tech training preferred).Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, B2C buying behavior, and sales performance metrics.
Proven experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning.
