full-time Personal Lines Account Manager . This position will be in our Montgomery, Ohio (Cincinnati) office with the rest of the Personal Lines Team servicing our Cincinnati clients. Job Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of the servicing of assigned Personal Lines accounts. Utilize Hawksoft (our Agency Management System) to record and document all activities. Collect client information for new business proposals and complete quotes through EZLynx and applicable carrier websites in accordance with our Procedures and Standards. Ensure all applicable coverages on the proposals comply with our Standards. Coordinate Renewal Quoting where appropriate in accordance with Procedures and Standards. Receive claim information from clients and render advice on filing claims with their insurance provider. Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a responsive, professional manner. Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent) License: Property & Casualty (Ohio) a requirement Some College (no Degree) or College Degree Designation & Certification: CIC or CISR Management & Rating Systems: Hawksoft, Carrier Rating Systems Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, Zoom Benefits
