Under the direction of the Shift Production Supervisor, youll play a vital role in providing bulk cheese to our production lines and operating cutting and shredding equipment. Lets Talk Pay! At Masters Gallery Foods, your hard work is rewarded: Start: $24.37/hour After 90 Days: $25.74/hour After 1 Year: $26.18/hour $1.00/hour shift differential Plus: Competitive pay with guaranteed increases in your first year Growth opportunities - we promote from within Strong team culture where everyone works together to succeed Commitment to safety and quality - your well-being and product excellence come first What Youll Do: Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. while opening, cleaning, and placing cheese on production lines Remove all packaging from cheese Inspect bulk cheese for mold or contaminants and clean as needed Lift and place cheese on conveyors (5-40 lbs. per lift) Operate cutting and shredding equipment (both automated and manual) Track inventory using RF scanners Assist with other duties as needed What You Bring: Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally 60 lbs.)
