Their integrated, end-to-end capabilities help clients bring complex health-related products to market efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Job DescriptionPlay a dual role by combining technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive revenue growth across the company's core service offerings.Support the quoting and business development process by analyzing requirements, developing cost models, preparing quotes, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align customer needs with internal capabilities.Identify and qualify new leads through outreach efforts, referrals, industry events, and CRM tools, building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the medical manufacturing sector.Act as a primary point of contact for both new and existing customers, providing technical guidance and aligning customer requirements with company capabilities from initial engagement through onboarding and ongoing support.Prepare and deliver presentations and technical demonstrations that effectively communicate value-added services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Lead pricing discussions and negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients in collaboration with leadership, ensuring a high standard of professionalism throughout the closing process.Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities, meetings, and outcomes, and provide regular forecasting and KPI tracking updates to leadership.Stay current on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; offer insights that help shape the company's service offerings, positioning, and go-to-market approach. The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical), Business, or related field (preferred).
