Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager
to join our team. Location:
On-site in Graham, Kentucky
(relocation assistance available if needed) Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 + 5-10% bonus Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, DHS, and other relevant regulations. Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses. Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures. Oversee hazardous waste management, emergency response, and safety compliance initiatives (e.g., LOTO, PPE, Confined Spaces). Perform facility inspections, maintain EHS records, and prepare reports. Provide EHS training and certification programs, and promote incident prevention. Support a safety-focused organizational culture. Lead employee safety committees and Behavior-Based Safety programs. Collaborate with employees, management, customers, and regulatory agencies to foster a proactive safety environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably in explosives/energetics/hazardous materials or aerospace/defense sectors. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, DoD, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and cultural change initiatives. Fluent in English and able to obtain/maintain a security clearance. Problem-solving skills with attention to regulatory details. Why Join Us? Work-Life Balance:
