Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Custom & Semi-Custom CabinetsLocation: Central TexasReports To: Executive LeadershipType: Full-Time | Hybrid Field/Remote RolePosition OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our custom and semi-custom cabinet lines, sold directly to production, semi-custom, and luxury home builders throughout Central Texas. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on new business development, strategic account management, and territory expansion.The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment-splitting time between in-territory travel for client engagement and remote work for planning, reporting, and virtual meetings.
