Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a Senior Level Executive or Henry Ford Medical Group Chair. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate and manage the needs of a dynamic executive office. The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of confidential and complex administrative responsibilities, serving as a key partner in ensuring the smooth operation of executive-level functions. Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations in final form. Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments while prioritizing competing demands. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries. Organize and oversee events and executive meetings, ensuring seamless execution. Receive and interact with internal and external visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Coordinate and oversee special projects, gathering and analyzing data to prepare confidential reports. Perform data entry and management, maintaining accurate records and files. Monitor budgets, track expenses, and perform semi-complex calculations for reporting purposes. Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, exercising sound judgment at all times. Core Competencies

Required: High School Diploma/GED. Preferred: Associates Degree in Business, Secretarial Science, or related field. 57 years of progressively responsible administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership. Strong ability to draft, proof, and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations. Proficient typing skills (50+ w.p.m.) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of influential internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
