ZT Automotive is seeking a
Mid-Level Helpdesk Technician
to support our dealership group at one location. This role provides hands-on IT support for dealership staff, systems, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with the IT Manager and vendors to ensure reliable technological operations for sales, service, and back-office departments.
What You'll Do:
Provide 2nd-level support for dealership staff via ticketing system. Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, phones, scanners, and mobile devices. Support dealership system CDK. Assist with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Dialpad Troubleshoot networking issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, switches, routers). Coordinate with vendors for internet, software, and hardware support. Document work in the helpdesk system and provide user training when needed. Participate in IT projects such as hardware refreshes, internet upgrades, and security rollouts. Requirements
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of IT support/helpdesk experience (dealership or retail preferred). Strong knowledge of Office 365/Azure. Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Customer-first mindset and ability to support multi-site users. Preferred Certifications:
Security+ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
