Were looking for a sharp, reliable, and service-driven individual to be the overnight hero of our team as a Night Auditor. This role suits someone who is both a people person and a number cruncher, handling late-night guest needs, reservations, check-ins and check-outs, while also balancing the books behind the scenes. Main Duties And Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card data Register guests, collecting necessary information (contact details and dates of stay) Welcome guests on arrival and assign rooms Provide information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and well furnished Confirm group reservations and arrange services for VIP guests and event attendees Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Process guest charges, vouchers, and credit card vouchers Post charges to guest accounts and balance day-end Verify accuracy of charges and ensure proper posting in the PMS Monitor coupons, discounts, and promotional programs Track room revenues and front office statistics Prepare cash, check, and credit card activity summaries Summarize results of operations for management Check figures and documents for accuracy; manage end-of-day processes in PMS Follow End of Day / Night Audit Checklist Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures Perform nightly balancing of in-room services as applicable Job Requirements Education:

High school graduate or equivalent Experience:

Minimum one year of hotel front desk supervisory experience, experience handling cash and accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks. Experience with hotel reservation software (e.g., Cloudbeds, RoomKeyPMS). Understanding of how travel planning websites operate (e.g., Booking, TripAdvisor). Hotel management degree is a plus.
