We're seeking a future team member for the role of

Vice President Control I

to join our Control team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

This position is responsible for ensuring robust control mechanisms are in place to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. As an individual contributor, the Vice President is instrumental in upholding BNY's commitment to excellence and integrity, supporting strategic pillars such as Operational Excellence and Risk Management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this role fosters a culture of accountability and transparency, aligning with BNY's principles of client focus and responsible stewardship. Develop and implement control frameworks by leveraging expertise in risk assessment and management. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and drive initiatives to enhance control processes. Conduct thorough analyses of control systems and report findings to senior management, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lead efforts in auditing and monitoring control activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) preferred. 5-10 years of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
