Join our Murray headquarters as a Title Officer and advance your career in real estate while working with diverse transaction types-from residential subdivisions to complex commercial deals. You'll focus on what you do best: conducting thorough title searches and solving complex title issues, while our dedicated typing and proofing teams handle document production. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive title searches, including metes and bounds properties Collaborate with escrow officers and assistants to resolve title-related inquiries Handle diverse real estate transactions from residential to commercial Mentor and train junior title officers and assistants Ensure accuracy and integrity in all title examinations Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For
Required: Active Utah title officer license Proven experience performing title searches, including M&B searches Strong communication and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred:
Commercial real estate experience Knowledge of Deed Plotter software Experience mentoring junior staff Why You'll Love Working Here
