We aim to lead the markets we serve by requiring the solutions we offer customers provide an improved benefit/risk profile as compared to existing standards of care; a performance threshold that by definition, guides and ensures the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts result in outcomes that advance the standard of care.The Territory Manager, Structural Interventions is a field-based position, responsible for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. The Territory Manager will work with their Regional Director to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential and to establish and achieve annual sales objectives in assigned territory. They will coordinate activities with clinical consultants and negotiate contracts with external customers. This role keeps the company informed of market dynamics and competitive activity.This position supports Abbott's Amplatzer portfolio, with a focus on devices to close atrial septal defects (ASD), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), ventricular septal defects (VSD), and the Amplatzer Piccolo Occluder for neonatal PDA. The role involves providing sales and clinical support for structural heart procedures, working closely with adult and pediatric interventional cardiologists, as well as other stakeholders. What You'll Work OnDrive sales of Abbott's Amplatzer portfolio by meeting with current and prospective customers to achieve revenue and unit growth targetsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans based on market analysis, customer needs, and competitive landscapeProvide clinical and procedural support in hospital labs and operating rooms to ensure optimal product useBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makersDeliver product education and training through presentations, demonstrations, and ongoing supportMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategyRepresent Abbott at trade shows, conferences, and educational events to promote product awarenessMaintain accurate records and submit reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insightsRequired QualificationsBS/BA or equivalent experience required.3-5+ years of related work experience required.Verification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.
