Ticket Sales Strategy & Operations Team Member

The Atlanta Hawks Basketball Club is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to join the Ticket Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role will focus on enhancing the visibility and effectiveness of the sales department through data-driven content creation, recruiting and event operations, and CRM/ticketing analytics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative and analytical skills, with a passion for sports business and digital transformation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sport Management or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required, including experience with Microsoft Excel to clean and analyze data Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster/Archtics and CRM systems like Salesforce. Experience in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, and Adobe Photoshop. Event and sport photography experience. Knowledge of digital content strategy, including social media engagement metrics and video performance analytics. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities/Duties: Assist in planning and executing recruiting events and sales academies, including digital promotion and candidate tracking. Develop and distribute digital content (short-form videos, graphics, and posts) to promote sales culture and team achievements. Generate and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports using Excel and CRM data. Analyze year-over-year trends in ticketing and CRM activity to support strategic decision-making. Support game night operations, including execution of revenue-generating activations and retention events. Maintain and optimize the sales floor calendar and coordinate logistics for internal events. Design and implement gamified sales competitions, including tracking performance metrics and creating visual content. Produce training modules and video tutorials for onboarding and ongoing development of Inside Sales team members. Manage scheduling and assignments for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Perform other duties as assigned, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and digital engagement.
